At QC Industry, we commit to providing high-quality products to our customers. If your purchase does not meet your expectations or if any defects exist, we offer flexible return options. Customers can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in “like-new” condition and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. Please note, “like-new” products refer to thoroughly tested second-hand products, available in limited quantities, sold on a first-come, first-served basis, offering only a 30-day internal warranty, not including manufacturer’s warranty.

Membership Benefits for Returns and Exchanges

For our members, we provide additional conveniences for returns and exchanges. Members can apply for a full refund within 2 hours after purchase, applicable to orders not exceeding $1000. Additionally, members enjoy discounts on specific products, up to 50%.

Exchange Service

If the product you receive does not match what you ordered or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. The product for exchange should remain in its original packaging and unused. We will provide a return shipping label and take responsibility for resending the correct product.

Warranty Terms

Our products come with a warranty period during which free repair or replacement services are provided. Specific warranty policies depend on the product category; common warranty services include all solar products and winter cover warranties. For defective items, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims or reach out to our customer service department for assistance. We also handle warranty needs for certain specific brands, such as Hayward products.

Repair Services

Beyond the warranty period, we continue to offer paid repair services. Repair costs are determined based on the extent of damage and the complexity of the repair work. Generally, repair times are estimated to be within 10 working days from the receipt of the product. We will keep you updated on the status of your repair through appropriate communication channels.

For technically complex products, we provide comprehensive technical support, including installation guides, operational instructions, and troubleshooting services. If you encounter any technical issues during use, feel free to contact our professional technical support team through our various contact methods.
